More on strike outs..
Two decisions on the EAT website dealing with strike outs. The message appears to be that a strike out is very much a last resort and Employment Judges should act judiciously rather than mechanistically when considering whether to strike out a claim or response.
In both cases the decision to strike out was overturned by the EAT.
