Illegal downloads

Thanks to Gary Cottam at Titman Firth for bringing this one to my attention. Firing someone for obtaining  in an illegal way material to be used  at work has to be right. The fact that he then went on to heap praise on the illegality added fuel to what was already a well lit fire.
