Tune into the Beeb’s iPlayer to listen to this morning’s discussion on Radio 4’s Today programme about how employees can ‘extortion employers by taking them to Employment Tribunal’.

This comes two days after it was revealed that the BBC paid out more than £600,000 last year dealing with 33 Employment Tribunal claims.  Apparently, they paid out £379,125 in settlement and £203,627  in legal fees.

Any link between publication of these statistics and today’s broadcast I wonder?
