It certainly was for Weston College, Weston Super Mare, as reported in today’s Mail.  Andrew Rogers was a male model for the College who won his first sex discrimination Tribunal claim on the grounds that, following redundancies, the College offered work to a female counterpart but not to Mr Rogers.  Lesson learnt?  It appears not, as the College continued, following the Tribunal case, to offer work to the female counterpart and not to Mr Rogers.  Lesson learnt now?  One would hope so ………………
