I have been involved in human resource management and employee relations for about 30 years. I have considerable experience in dealing with disciplinaries, grievances, terminations, investigations, equal opportunity matters, restructuring, TUPE, trade union issues and employment tribunals. I am also experienced in conducting training courses on employment law.
I have held various human resources positions in companies such as Lucas Industries, Severn Trent Dunlop and Remploy. I have also operated as a consultant for Deloitte’s and managed a team of 25 employment lawyers for a national consultancy.
I have a first degree from Warwick University and a masters degree in employment law from Leicester University. I also have a diploma in human resource management and I am a chartered member of the CIPD.
I enjoy keeping fit, particularly running, and I am a keen music fan.
