I have been with the Firm full time since June 2014, starting as a Paralegal before becoming a Trainee Solicitor and then a Solicitor in September 2019. I studied a law degree part-time and then LPC and am the first person in the Firm’s history to successfully train to become a Solicitor whilst working at the firm.
Whilst at PJH Law I have assisted on two High Court matters, one of which went to the Court of Appeal, as well as numerous Tribunals. Until the successful Unison challenge, I was the Firm’s fee remission specialist helping clients get their fees remitted and helping them access justice.
Previously I have worked for PJH Law on numerous occasions covering holidays. I even spent one summer digitalising the Firm’s archives, a process that involved removing a lot of staples and even more scanning!
Away from work I enjoy film, music, walking, food – especially cheese – and sport. I support Crystal Palace Football Club, for my sins, and regularly attend games both home and away.
I also have two young children and, like most parents, enjoy spending most of my free time with my partner and them. When I’m child free you will most likely find me in the pub or on the sofa.
