There’s no such thing as a free lunch, is a proverb in the business world that suggests everything comes at a cost.
Contrary to popular belief, employment lawyers are not so cynical. We believe that there is such a thing as a free lunch and that a seminar and gift bag should accompany it. Unfortunately, there is no wine pairing for this.
If you are interested in learning more about current changes and issues in employment law and HR (as well as receiving a free lunch and gift bag) have you considered booking onto our seminar? The session will be on 23 March 2023 at Alltech House, registration is 9.00am to start for 9.30am and we aim to finish for refreshments and lunch between 12.00 – 12.30.
We will be covering topics that will have a significant impact on HR in the coming years, including:
• Implications for calculating holiday pay post Brazel v Harpur Trust
• Neurodiversity and HR
• Home working and collective redundancy consultation
• Summary of legislative changes from April 2023
These are some of the biggest employment law issues facing business owners and HR professionals. Failure to prepare and adapt for these challenges could expose your organisation to huge financial penalties in fines and employment tribunal awards. Unlike the business adage, there is no hidden cost in attending but there could be cost implications to your organisation if you do not.
The session will also be a chance to network with fellow professionals and there will be a prize draw for a free HR Audit for all attendees. There will also be a Q&A to address any queries you would like to raise with us.
