Greetings and welcome back to another case law update. As is customary these days, we begin with a quick plug of our employment law seminar which will be at the William Cecil Hotel on 5 December 2019.

The seminar will aim to take a different approach to previous seminars as it will focus on how everyday working issues can lead to tribunal claims. The seminar will also include a complimentary goody bag – for those of you who haven’t read.

Finally, there will be a brief session on the election and how each party plans to shape employment law from 2020 onwards.
