According to recent statistics, four in ten staff claimed that the UK’s plan to leave the EU, which has now been delayed until 31 October, has resulted in their employer cutting jobs and 49% believed more redundancies were on the way.

Employees are aware of the impact Brexit uncertainty has on organisations, half suggested that it has had a negative effect on their company’s performance.  Workers in the age range of 18-44 are amongst the most concerned about their job security, with 59% believing Brexit could result in them losing their job. In contrast only 33% of over 45’s were concerned.
